I really like how clean it was I am a housekeeper myself so I know what is clean and not clean. The corners in the room had no dust, the top of the bed had no dust very clean. And I was there for two nights and they still came in my room made my bed and changed my towels I really liked that a lot. Shower was great too. I was so upset I didn't have cash to leave a big tip but I will be back, beds are too soft for my liking but I still enjoy my stay. Great TV service too I brought my Roku stick and didn't even use it.

All the staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. Genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The wait staff in the restaurant was excellent! Made us feel right at home every time we went there throughout our stay. Centrally located for us and clean. We thought it was a bit pricey, especially when you added in the cost of parking our car. But, all in all, we felt it was excellent and would recommend it to friends. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the valet parking. The valet staff were so nice and accommodating when I had to get things out of my car. I loved the location, across the street from the Baird. I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for a few hours after I checked out to attend the event at the Baird

I always enjoy Double Tree hotels. This was the first time I've checked in here, and my booking didn't go all the way thru, so the wonderful young lady at the front desk had to create my reservation. It was the same type of room and price, and she let me know when booking with a third party company to call the hotel and make sure they have your reservation. I enjoyed my cookie on the way up to my room and room service was also delicious. My room was clean and comfortable as always. I received a room on the front of the hotel with a beautiful view of downtown.

I loved the location. Close to everything we needed. The onsite bar and restaurant were excellent. Christy was amazing and made fantastic drinks. I didn't love that I had no choice but to use the valet parking, as it was expensive, but they were quick when needed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was a nice size.

We were attending a concert at the Fiserv Forum, this location was an easy 10 minute walk away. Being able to valet our car and the hotel and walk was so much easier than trying to drive and find parking. We were also able to walk around the city, along the river and lakefront from this location. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and didn't have a stale smell like some hotels. Loved the location and the outdoor patio on the 2nd floor is beautiful. The beds were super comfy and pillows were great!

The location was ideal for the Harley-Davidson Museum in one direction and the waterfront in the other and all other points of interest. Everything was within walking distance. The king size bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have had anywhere. The room was a good size and had a fridge, microwave and a safe which are 3 very useful items for us. The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely interested in what we were doing each day.
